HOW DOES THE POSY POST WORK?
We keep things beautifully simple. Each day, we create one stunning Posy using the freshest local and Australian blooms from the market. You choose your size—Single ($55), Double ($110), Triple ($165) or Luxe ($350)—and add extras like a glass vase or a luxe orchid if you’d like to make it extra special.
Delivery options:
Express Delivery – Order by 8:00am for delivery between 9:00am–12:00pm ($25 flat rate)
Afternoon Delivery – Order by 11:00am for delivery between 12:00pm–6:00pm ($9 flat rate)
Click & Collect – Pick up from our Warners Bay studio (7/50 Medcalf Street) Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm.
We also offer market bunches, orchids, curated gift sets, Posy subscriptions, and gift cards for the flower lovers in your life.
WHAT ARE THE SIZE DIFFERENCES?
Think of it like this…
Single – our signature bunch of market-fresh blooms.
Double – the same style, but twice the flowers for extra wow.
Triple – yep, triple the flowers for when you really want to spoil them.
Luxe – the showstopper… overflowing with blooms and guaranteed to turn heads.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Choose your blooms – Posy, Market Bunch or Plant.
Pick your size.
Add the recipient’s details and your card message.
We’ll hand-deliver your order and send you a text to let you know it’s arrived.
CAN I ADD AN EXTRA GIFT TO MY ORDER?
Absolutely! When you’re adding your Flowers to the cart, just click the ‘Add Extra Gift’ icon and choose your favourite treat from the the menu.
WHEN DO I NEED TO ORDER BY FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY?
We’ve got two delivery runs, Monday to Saturday.
Express Delivery – Order by 8:00am for delivery between 9:00am–12:00pm ($25 flat rate).
Afternoon Delivery – Order by 11:00am for delivery between 12:00pm–6:00pm ($9 flat rate).

We hand-deliver blooms to most suburbs across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Maitland.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
If you’ve chosen Express Delivery, your Posy will arrive between 9:00am–12:00pm.
If you’ve chosen Standard Delivery:
Schools – delivered between 12:00pm–2:00pm
Businesses – delivered between 12:00pm–5:00pm
Residential addresses – delivered between 12:00pm–6:00pm
Or, you can always Click & Collect from our Warners Bay studio (7/50 Medcalf Street) Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm.
CAN I ORDER FOR A FUTURE DATE?
Yes – and we highly recommend it so you don’t miss out! You can pre-order your Posy for any upcoming date, and if you want the the first look, you can sign up to the Kindness Club, to receive our daily emails. You’ll get a sneak peek of tomorrow’s posy and first dibs to order before we sell out.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?
Delivery days for Newcastle and Lake Macquarie suburbs are Monday through to Saturday.
Delivery days for Maitland suburbs are Tuesday and Friday only.

CAN I PICK UP A POSY?
Yes, yes, yes! 🌸
Swing by our studio at 7/50 Medcalf Street, Warners Bay and grab your blooms in person.
We’re open Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm (closed Saturday & Sunday).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO SEND A POSY BUT YOU ARE SOLD OUT?
If today's design has sold out, don't worry - we have a solution for you! You can now choose to receive tomorrow's posy design instead, and we'll still deliver it to you today.
We want to make sure you're getting the freshest flowers possible, so if you choose this option, please note that the posy in the picture won't be the one delivered. Instead, you'll receive tomorrow's design.
To ensure timely delivery, please place your order by 11:00am for same-day delivery.
WHAT IS THE PLANT?
Our plant varieties change weekly. They are the most lush, leafy plant to create happy homes.
To view the plant that will be received on the day, please check our website on the morning of delivery.
ARE YOUR PLANTS PET FRIENDLY?
Not all of our plant varieties are pet friendly, for information on pet friendly plants, please visit the RSPCA website. The Posy Post takes no responsibility for what you decide to do with our plants and pets.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?
If no one is home, our delivery driver will leave the posy in a safe place in water, they will also send a text message and a photo of where the order has been left, to the sender.
If there is nowhere safe to leave the delivery, they will call the recipient to see if there is a suitable location for the delivery to be left, if this isn’t an option, the order will be delivered the following day.
WHAT IF THE SUBURB I WOULD LIKE DELIVERY TO IS NOT LISTED?
If your suburb is not listed, unfortunately, we do not deliver there (yet).
DO YOU DELIVER TO THE UNIVERSITY?
Yes, we just require as much information as possible to where the posy recipient will be located.
DO YOU DELIVER TO HOSPITALS?
Yes if they fall with in our delivery areas. We just require as much information as possible to where the posy recipient will be located.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THERE IS HOLIDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
We are closed on all public holidays. We are also closed over the Christmas and New Years period.
CAN I HAVE MY POSY OR PLANT DELIVERED AT A CERTAIN TIME?
If you wish to have your posy delivered at a specific time, you are able to put in a request in your order form under 'delivery instructions'. While we'll do our best to meet requests, it is not always possible. Once all orders come in for the day our delivery route is structured so we can work out the most efficient delivery route for our drivers.
